Daniel Lister
Parish Council Chairman

Daniel serves as Chairman of the Parish Council and is also a Councillor for West Northamptonshire Council. In addition, he is the Chair of Governors at Long Buckby Infant School, balancing these roles with several other community responsibilities.

Sue Porter

Parish Clerk

Sue has been the Parish Clerk in Long Buckby for over 18 years. She is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She is also Clerk for Charwelton, Watford, Whilton and Norton Parish Councils and Treasurer for Daventry Town Football Club.

Rachel is the Parish Council Representative for the Police and the representative for the Youth in the village.
Julie Hill
Julie is the Parish Council Representative for the Library, and the Highways and is also Vice Chairman.
David Hiam

David is a new Parish Councillor after being co-opted on during the June meeting.

Margaret Owen

Margaret is responsible for matters relating to the Elderly in the village, the Christmas Decorations and is the Parish Council Representative on the Community Centre Committee and Sports field Committee.

Becky Spokes
Becky was elected to the Parish Council in September 2021 and is Parish Council’s representative on the Children’s Recreation Ground Management Committee and looks after Youth in the Parish.

David is a Parish Paths Warden. He is also the PC Representative for Mill Park Reserve. David also reports on Planning Applications.
Maria Summerscale

Maria was elected to the Parish Council in September 2021. Maria is already involved with the Buckby Library & Hub and the Trees for Station Road Project.

Phil Townsend

Phil is responsible for the Public Toilets, Verges Grass Cutting along with the Cemetery and Allotments.
